At SheIsMe, we want you to enjoy your jewellery with confidence. Our anti-tarnish jewellery is designed to retain its finish and shine with normal use and proper care.
3-Month Anti-Tarnish Warranty
Eligible SheIsMe jewellery comes with a 3-month anti-tarnish warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If your jewellery experiences significant tarnishing or unusual colour fading within this period under normal use, you may raise a warranty claim with us.
What We Cover
The warranty covers significant tarnishing or unusual fading/discolouration of the jewellery finish during the 3-month warranty period.
After verification and approval of the claim, SheIsMe will provide a one-time replacement of the affected product. If the same design is unavailable, an alternative product of equivalent value may be offered with your agreement.
What Is Not Covered
This voluntary warranty does not cover physical damage such as broken chains, bent jewellery, scratches, dents, lost or damaged stones/charms, damage caused by misuse or improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Damage or discolouration caused by prolonged exposure to perfume, harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, chlorine, bleach or similar substances is also excluded.
Slight changes in shine or finish resulting from regular wear are not covered as significant tarnishing under this warranty.
These exclusions do not remove remedies available under applicable law for manufacturing defects or goods that do not match their description.
How to Claim
To raise a warranty claim, contact us within the 3-month warranty period and provide your order number, clear photographs/video of the jewellery, and a brief description of the issue.
Claims will be reviewed by the SheIsMe team before a replacement is approved. Please contact us for instructions before returning any jewellery.

This voluntary anti-tarnish warranty provides a one-time replacement and is not a money-back guarantee. Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.
The warranty applies only to eligible SheIsMe anti-tarnish jewellery and is non-transferable.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights and remedies under applicable consumer law.
